Child Care Centres and Kindies

1. The month prior to your booked dates we will be in contact to collect the data for those in attendance of your centre.
2. We provide flyers and posters to remind families of the upcoming Portrait Days.
3. We ask you to dispatch these flyers to your families at least 2 weeks prior to Portrait Day.
4. Families follow the instruction to pre-register their child, this is particularly important for sibling photographs to be taken.
5. It is important management informs the Educators that they will also be photographed during our visit. We also ask you to advise Educators on avoiding messy play on the morning of Portrait Days.
6. On Portrait Day your Photographer and Assistant will work closely with your educators to photograph every child at the service, however, those who register will have more time spent with them. The Photographer will work photographing the youngest to the oldest children. We discontinue photographing once children sit for lunch. 
7. .Parents are most welcome to bring siblings to the centre to be photographed
8. Approx. 7 days after the photography date online galleries open,  An order return date is set usually 1-2 weeks later. 
9. The final prints are then dispatched back to the centre approximately 7 + Aus Post Delivery days after the order deadline.

Schools

1. The month prior to your booked dates we will be in contact to collect the data for your students.
2. We provide posters to remind families of the upcoming Portrait Days.
3. We work with you to create a Portrait Day schedule to suit your timetable.
4. Sibling portraits available.
5. POST SHOOT PAY> Students will be provided an access key to order their individual and class portrait packages from an online portal. Here they can see the student's image before making payment. 14-day ordering window. Production is complete within 7 + Aus Post Delivery days of order close. 
6. PRE SHOOT PAY> Students pre-pay online before Photo Day. No preview of the image, production is complete within 14 + Aus Post Delivery days after your school photo day.
   Both provide free postage to schools. Photos are available for order after delivery, $15 postage is added to orders to post prints to the family's home. 
   
7. School will be provided: All students individual files, All staff individual files, All class composite files, 1 x Set of Class Prints 

Your communication with parents during the process has a huge impact on how smoothly the process runs and we ask that you send reminders to parents about deadlines, upcoming Portrait Day, when their orders are due and even when they can expect prints back. Your support is greatly appreciated.

We do not ask families at schools or childcare centre to to Pre-Pay for their portraits.

We photograph all school students, while at childcare centres we spend more time on those who pre-register.

AFTER Portrait Day, families can access their child's private Passcoded gallery from the website

We offer Digital Files through download links, Prints, and Wall Art collections.

All orders are paid with Credit Card online. There is no cash or envelope handling for the school or centre.

All of our team hold a Working with Children Check WWCC for their State.​

We select photographers and assistants who love and have experience working with children.

We prefer to partner with professional photographers who already run their own Children's Portrait Photography businesses.

Our assistants have been recruited based on their organisational skills, personality, and playful zest. 

Usually from a childcare or babysitting background.

Please contact us for a quote on visiting your educational institute. By charging a session fee to the school, we do not raise our standard package prices to penalize families of remote bookings.

You will be provided with printed class groups, the digital files of these for your establishment's use, files of all students for your management software along with prints of the team individually or as a staff composite.

Depending on the size of your establishment you will benefit from additional rewards, such as artwork for your administration.
